    Primary tasks: Bookkeeping, income-tax return, administrative tasks and support the consulting of spot service (spot service is primary, not year contract)

    Candidate have to communicate with clients, so candidates must have experience of services at accounting firm or audit firm. You also have to communicate with senior and junior staff in office, you must have experience administrative task as well. This position require the person who prefer to work with external staff from company. You will handle approximately 10 clients. You must hold CPD license because you need to sign documents as accounting manager. (documents: income-tax return and so on)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male of female, age between 30-40 years old
    - Knowledge and experience of audit
    - CPD license
    - Minimum 4 years experience in a renowned accounting firms
    - Experience in bookkeeping and income-tax return at accounting firms (or any company)
    - Experience in administrative tasks

    - Outstanding written and verbal communication skill
    - Self-stater and team player, able to prioritize, multi-task and resolve issues
    - Strong analytical skill, able to identify and proactively solve the issue
    - Good technical accounting and knowledge of tax
    - Inquisitive and follow through
    - Ability to deliver results under pressure
    - Customer Orientation, ability to establish good partnership with stakeholders
