    *Input and update sales document
    - Sales and award plan / PIC sales Planning / Award Plan / Yearly Plan / Target project
    *Set weekly meeting and control agenda / Minutes meeting.
    *Summary and report sales forecast and actual to Manager.
    *Update tools information in data base to sales use.
    *Communicate with customer about document and payment.
    *Follow up sales movement and summary to manager.
    *Communicate with FTS team for installation plan / situation summary to manager.
    *Summary FTS working report.

    Market Information Research
    *Provide information of new project for sales manager.
    *Research reliability of partner and analyze ( finance records )
    *Market situation
    *Developer/Architecture/Fabricators
    *Contact supplier ( for promotion tools)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Male / Female, 22~30 years old
    *Can use Microsoft Office products; Strong computer skills.
    *Strong organizational and communication skills.
    *Prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
    *Good service mind /phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
    *Good communicate skills in English.
