  • Job Description

    - Management of operation, team buyer
    - Stock control; Customer service standard
    - Proper conduct in dealing with suppliers and business partners; Merchandising; Promotion & Marketing; Staff training and other duties as and when instructed by the Company.
    - To manage daily operation of the stores to ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service
    - To manage brands
    - To plan and manage the department's P&L
    - To collaborate with Advertising & Promotion Division to conduct marketing activities to maximize brand's sales and boost brand's image
    - Staff management & customer service
    - Compliance management
    - To undertake any other activities required of the post holder by the Company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female age 30-40 Years old with Thai nationality
    - Bachelor Degree or over in Business management in relate fields
    - At least 10 years experiences in Buyer, Merchandising or Retail Operations
    - Experience in Retail Business will be an advantage
    - Good in English communicating skills
    - Proficient in MS Office application (especially Microsoft Excel)
    - Good interpersonal skills
    - Able to work both independently while owning strong teamwork spirit
    - Hard working, reliable and strong management ability
