• Job Description

  1.Prepare and control quality system documents to support audit activities.
  2.Follow up and summarize corrective and preventive actions (CAR, PAR) identified from both internal and external quality system audits.
  3.Prepare and verify the accuracy of standard work documents, including Work Instructions (WI), Check Sheets, and Q-Points for new products (New Model).
  4.Prepare and control documents related to changes, including product design changes (Design Change), production transfer (Taikai), and process changes (4M Change), ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
  5.Coordinate and participate in meetings related to New Model, Design Change, Taikai, and 4M Change in order to allocate responsibilities within the department according to the plan.
  6.Review and update all documentation used in the production process to ensure alignment with PQCT documents.
  7.Control and monitor the overall progress of departmental documentation to ensure completion as planned.
  8.Monitor and summarize departmental KPI activities for reporting to management.
  9.Support and follow up on various activities both internally and externally.
  10.Perform other assigned duties and cooperate in company activities.
  11.Perform duties in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and safety regulations.
