  • Job Description

    - Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
    - Manage all supply chain processes including Production Planning, MRP, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, and others.
    - Manage supply chain costs efficiently while ensuring quality control and risk mitigation.
    - Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and strategic business partners.
    - Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure sufficient product availability to meet market demand.
    - Develop the capabilities and skills of the supply chain team to support business growth.
    - Plan and manage projects related to the development of regional or international supply chain networks (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
    - Experience implementing or managing MRP and ERP systems, SCM tools, and warehouse systems.
    - Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic planning and decision-making.
    - Business-level English.
