    Job Summary
    The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the automotive service center, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, profitability, team performance, and premium customer experience standards. This role manages daily operations, financial performance, manpower planning, and process improvement for a high-end automotive service center.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Operations Management
    - Oversee daily workshop and service center operations.
    - Ensure smooth workflow between service advisors, technicians, detailing team, and cashier.
    - Monitor service turnaround time and customer satisfaction levels.
    - Implement SOPs and quality control procedures.
    - Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained.

    2. Financial & Performance Management
    - Monitor revenue, cost control, and profit margins.
    - Set monthly sales and service targets.
    - Analyze KPIs (car count, average ticket size, repeat customers, upselling rate).
    - Control operational expenses including manpower, utilities, materials, and consumables.

    3. Team Leadership & HR Coordination
    - Supervise department heads (Service Manager, Head Technician, Detailing Supervisor).
    - Plan manpower requirements and shift scheduling.
    - Conduct performance reviews and staff training plans.
    - Build a strong service culture aligned with premium brand positioning.

    4. Customer Experience & Brand Positioning
    - Ensure premium customer service standards are delivered consistently.
    - Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
    - Maintain showroom and service area cleanliness and brand image.
    - Support marketing promotions and customer loyalty programs.

    5. Vendor & Inventory Management
    - Manage suppliers for spare parts, chemicals, and tools.
    - Control inventory levels and reduce wastage.
    - Negotiate pricing and ensure quality materials are used.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
    - 5+ years experience in automotive service operations
    - Experience leading teams and managing financial responsibilities (e.g., budgeting, cost control)
