  • Job Description

    Business: Manufacturing and distribution of copper tubing and components for air conditioning and heat exchanger systems.
    Location: Bangsaothong, Samutprakarn

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily production to meet UPH, quality, and delivery targets
    • Drive process improvement, 5S, and operational discipline
    • Monitor production performance and make data-driven decisions
    • Manage resources (4M1E) to ensure efficient operations
    • Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement (QCDS)
    • Coach and develop team while ensuring safety and KPI achievement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineer or related field.
    • Experience in Manufacturing for 10 years or above.
    • 5+ years of experience at manager/management level, including supervising subordinates.
    • Have knowledge of ISO9000 and ISO14001.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience have subordinate.
    • Able to communicate in Japanese language (N4+).
