• Job Description

  ・Data entry and management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty cash
  ・Issuing invoices and receipts, and organizing related documents
  ・Preparing payment data (supporting input for online banking transactions)
  ・Supporting the preparation of monthly closing reports
  ・Assisting in the preparation of VAT and withholding tax (PND.3, 53, etc.) documentation
  ・Supporting bank reconciliation tasks
  ・Assisting in fixed asset data entry and management
  ・Supporting preparation of documents for audits
  ・Providing support for HR and general administrative tasks as needed
  ・Other tasks as assigned
