• Job Description

  1. Team Management
  
  - Lead and manage both Air Import and Air Export teams
  - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
  - Develop team capabilities, performance, and productivity
  
  2. Airfreight Operations
  
  - Manage end-to-end airfreight operations (Import & Export)
  - Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards
  - Solve operational issues and improve workflow processes
  
  3. Procurement & Cost Management
  
  - Handle airfreight procurement and negotiate with airlines
  - Maintain strong relationships with airline partners
  - Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize procurement strategies
  
  4. Financial & Performance Management
  
  - Analyze and manage P&L (Profit & Loss)
  - Monitor and improve operational profitability
  - Set and track KPIs for team and business performance
  
  5. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
  
  - Implement PDCA cycle (Plan–Do–Check–Act) for process improvement
  - Drive Kaizen initiatives to:
  -Improve productivity
  - Enhance operational efficiency
  - Reduce costs
