    - Managed a team of approximately 30 staff members
    - Planned and controlled production schedules based on customer demand
    - Monitored production progress and ensured on-time delivery
    - Coordinated with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments
    - Managed inventory of raw materials and finished goods
    - Led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
    - Analyzed production data and prepared reports
    - Handled production issues and implemented corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - At least 3 years' experience in Production Control
    - Experience managing a team of more than 20 people
    - Experience conducting audits for ISO 9001 or ISO 14001
    - Conversational English
    - Valid driver's license and ability to commute independently to the company

    [Advantage]
    - Work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
    - Work experience in the Automotive industry
