  • Job Description

    - Handle key account customers.
    - Coordinate with customers; receive booking forms and enter bookings into the internal system.
    - Coordinate with concerned departments, including Transport, Packing, Sea, and Air Operations.
    - Coordinate with overseas agents to check costs, send pre-advice for new shipments, monitor cargo status, follow up on customer clearance at destination ports, and request debit notes.
    - Serve as the main PIC to handle and monitor Air, SEA, Import & Export, including domestic shipments.
    - Maintain relationships with customers.
    - Issue standard quotations and perform other assignments as directed by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in logistic or related fields.
    - Experience in freight forwarding business import/export experiences for Sea or Air mode at least 2 years.
    - Good command in English (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
    - Good communication and computer skills.
