Job Description:
The HR & GA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general affairs functions within the company. This role requires hands-on management of HR operations as well as administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage employment regulation and employee welfare benefit.
2. Manage recruitment and employment process for new staff/ yearly contract staff/ temporary staff.
3. Manage remuneration process i.e. monthly salary payroll.
4. Manage compensation and welfare & benefit for staff.
5. Manage performance evaluation criteria for bonus & annual salary increment.
6. Administration for Provident Fund: correspondence with Tisco Asset Management Fund (Fund Manager).
7. Support to prepare visa and work permit for expat staff.
8. Contact and submit related report to Social Security Office, Revenue Dept. and Labor Protection Office.
9. Update monthly report of manpower & staff leave record & OT report and Organization chart.
10. Analyze competency job and staff training need to develop knowledge and skill.
11. Maintain employee relationship (ER) e.g. outdoor activity, New Year Party, CSR, etc.
12. Support monthly report for Head Office
13. Support and prepare related documents for internal audit and FY audit.
14. Support Annual General Shareholder Meeting, Weekly management meeting and issue meeitng minutes..
15. Manage and extend outsource staff contract i.e. outsource driver, outsource staff.
16. Check petty cash for expenses, Control donation matters (if have), and scrap/sell office equipments (exceptional IT's equiptments)
17. Implement and monitor company's compliance rules and control Company regulations, Basic rules, HR&Admin Dept. rules.
18. Auditee for compliance and J-Sox audit and representative as compliance Liaison (included BCP), Personal Data Manager.
19. Control company seal and follow up/review renewal of Sumitomo group contracts and filing
20. Support Self-Inspection Worksheet of "Maintenance of Job Foundation (MJF) Activities" which concerned to HR & Admin.
21. Support HQ for any ploicies and activities.
To perform other assignments as/when needed and given by Department Manager or Management.
To perform duties in accordance with company's policies, procedures and regulations including all related rules.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Minimum 7-8 years experience in HR & Admin role
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
- Good command of English

1.Position allowance: 3,500.- /month(after probation)
2.Food & transportation allowance: 5,050.- /month (after probation)
3.Diligent: 500.- /month (if no late, no leave)

8.Provident funds: 5% from basic salary
