  • Job Description

    -Financial Reporting: Manage the factory’s full spectrum of financial accounting and ensure the timely issuance of accurate monthly financial reports.
    -Tax Compliance: Handle all statutory tax filings in compliance with Thai regulations, including but not limited to PND1, PND3, PND53, PND54, and PP30.
    -Operational Support: Assist the Finance Manager in daily financial operations, cash flow monitoring, and administrative tasks.
    -Internal Controls: Maintain organized documentation and ensure all accounting records adhere to company policy and local accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education & Background :
    -Bachelor degree in financial and accountant or any related field.

    Knowdledge & Experience :
    -Experience in Financial and Accountant
    -Strong knowledge and skills in AP / AR / Taxation / Financial Closing Statement

    Technical Skills & Experience :
    Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in handling General Ledger (GL) functions, including preparing and recording expense vouchers with high accuracy.
    ERP Proficiency: Strong command of ERP systems (experience with Yonyou U8 is highly preferred).
    Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of Thai tax regulations and hands-on experience in tax filing procedures.
    Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas and functions for data analysis and reporting.
    Industry Background: Prior experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment is a significant advantage.

    Language & Communication :
    Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) or English (both written and spoken) to coordinate with management or regional teams.
