Job Description
- Analyze the company's objectives and business directions and develop a comprehensive HR plan
- Develop HR strategy, policies, and procedures, including the HR plan
- Identify HR-related issues and develop practical, innovative solutions for both short- and long-term plans
- Advise all branches on HR matters
- Responsible for employee relations, including labor union coordination
- Cooperate with all concerned departments
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience (payroll, labor management, training, recruitment)
- At least 3 years' experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Manager
- Experience working in a company with over 200 employees
- Experience in labor union negotiationEnglish Level
