  - Collaborate with the Manager to optimize productivity and ensure timely completion of orders.
  - Ensure the production process is efficient and meets customer requirements.
  - Coach supervisors on production management and problem-solving.
  - Monitor quality standards.
  - Analyze problems to identify root causes and develop guidelines and solutions to prevent recurrence.
  - Reduce and prevent downtime.
  - Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff, quality inspectors, and workers.
  - Ensure output meets quality standards.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations.
