• Achieve sales target volume and revenue of assigned accounts at maximum profitability by executing value-based selling strategy, market penetration strategy, project management
• Identify project pipeline, sales opportunities, and challenges and come up with action plans to promote the company’s product line.
• Expanding sales coverage by acquiring new clients and maintaining good business relationships with existing clients to build up loyalty to secure sales volume and profitability.
• Applying disciplined sales execution towards customer development with planning annually/ monthly/ weekly/ daily activities with clear objectives to ensure productive sales performance.
• Preparing quotations and monitoring the progress of customer orders and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Introducing and implementing new products to market/ target customers to achieve a business roadmap
• Perform other related duties as assigned

【Must】
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the commercial role of construction material business.
• Knowledge of M&E and Sanitary system products
• Knowledge of project sales, dealer sales, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive both, independently and in a team environment
【Advantage】
• Preferable candidates who have commercial experience from Mechanical and Electrical system suppliers.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Persuasive, persistent, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
