    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

    • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science/Nutrition and Technology or related degree
    • Master Degree of Animal Science/ Nutrition or related field is preferred
    • 10 years of experience in Feed Sales or related feed ingredient business
    • Hard Sales skill and experience (at least 10 years)
    • Experience in feed industry (for whole path)
    • Business English level


    <ADVANTAGE>
    - Experience in Feed additive is preferred
    - Owned car with valid driving license
