    1.Manage all human resources operations
    - Recruitment, Payroll, Training, Compensation and Benefit, Employee/Labour relation, Organizational development
    2. There's a possibility that manage General Affairs operations 
    3. Set up and operate Regional Head Quarters and manage project as HR project manager
    - Create HR guideline
    - Operate governance,compliance each company
    4. Report to Headquarter in Japan

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai national, Age 37-50
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field
    - Have experience in HR fields(full set)
    - Experience in management field as Manager level more than 5 years (number of subordinate doesn't matter)
    - Good command of English(Level 3 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in setting up personnel system
    - Experience in Japanese or international company
    - Have reporting skill to headquarter in Japan
