  [Job Purpose]
  After sales service Manager is responsible in take care after sale service and after renew insurance policy.
  This position has to manage good relationship with insurers and corporate customers.
  
  [Key Responsibilities]
  - Key account management.
  - Support all team members for renewal procedure to achieve renewal policy target.
  - Cross selling / upgrade the benefits for all existing customers to achieve sales target.
  - Joining orientation session as customer request.
  - Provide presentation for voluntary group as customer request.
  - Correspondence with the insurers in case of the customers have any queries or request more information.
  - Provide the claim analysis and negotiate with the insurance companies for renewal policy comparison.
  - Manage BD team members for smoothly procedure.
