  -Manage and drive sales volume of Machine Tools
  -Achieve sales target and Growth.
  -Control, direct and drive the performance to achieve company's goal
  -Manage, supervise, and develop the Team to gain knowledge, skills and ability to work effectively.
  -Oversee, advice and push the Team to achieve the company's goals.
  -Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouses to jointly develop and set up delivery systems including after sales customer care to meet customer satisfaction.
  -Undertake related activities as required.
