  -Supporting to sales staff
  -Conversation and document translation (Japanese ⇔Thai)
  -Communicate with customers both domestic and overseas for managing delivery schedules.
  -Coordinate with our alliance production partners and vendors in Thailand to supply our products to committed date in order to support customer’s demands.
  -Coordinate with co-loaders and carriers for a delivery of container yard cargoes.
  -Communicate with freight forwarder to book outbound shipment.
  -All documentations related to Import & Export operations.
  -Manage shipping clearance processes.
  -Verify contents of a quotation and an invoice issued by our alliance production partners and vendors.
  -Work out an attractive logistic cost for customers.
  -Other activities related to import/export function in general.
  -Coordinate and Follow up with Concerned Countries/Suppliers to resolve outstanding issues as well as give a proactive feedback to customers information missing/ incompletion.
