- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Ensure customer sales order :Retail and food service and e-commerce.
- Open customer accounts by recording accurate account information and advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Work with management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Impact the company's bottom line by providing problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeted customers.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Meet customer service team sales target and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing. (Experience in retail business would be advantage).
- Strong command of written and spoken in English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & planning skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation with leadership skills.
- High responsible, hardworking and positive attitude.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).英語
