    - Responsible for the overall strategy of domestic's sales strategy including the consideration of profitability and growth
    - Strategically manage sales team on the most suitable plan, budget and selling expenses of yearly's guideline
    - Responsible for managing company's and big retailers (modern trade and general trade)
    - Responsible for inventory management in order to minimize stock and to avoid shortage
    - Control logistic expenses such as logistic fee, delivery fee, co-packing fee, etc.
    - Coach and develop team members

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 40-45
    - Master's Degree in Marketing and Business Administration
    - Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration in Marketing (optional)
    - Work experience in the sales and marketing in direct or related industry for 7 years
    - Work experience in beauty products, FMCG, drug store beauty products or related products
    - Strong management skills and excellent command of English
    - Excellent skills in analysis, presentation, communication and budgeting
