    - Responsible for managing H.R. section as Chief
    - Responsible for recruitment, human development and training
    - Assist in day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
    - Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
    - Communicate and discuss HR issues with Head Office (Japan)
    - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
    - Deal with employees' requests regarding H.R. issues, rules and regulations
    - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
    - Coordinate in communicating candidates and schedule interviews
    - Assist our recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database

  • 応募条件

    - Female, Thai national, age between 28-35 (H.R. Manager is 37)
    - More than 3 years' experience in H.R. (especially Human Development and Recruitment)
    - Good command of English (to communicate with Japanese Head Office)
    - (advantage) Experienced in Management
