    - Coordinate with our companies in Thailand and Asia Oceania for HR & Industrial Relations issues
    - Update and respond to HR&IR issues
    - Organise parts supplier meeting to ensure good relationship of workforce in the organisation
    - Review and propose HR policies for bettterment in accordance with Thai labour law
    - Support Engagement Survey and A&O Training Preparation

  • 応募条件

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-28
    - Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Business Management, Law, Psychology or in related field
    - Minimum 1-3 years' experience in related field
    - Minimum TOEIC 700 scores
    - Japanese Language Skill will be an advantage
    - Extensive Knowledge of Labour Law and Industrial Relations
    - Proficient in Computer skills (eg. PPT, Excel, Word)

    - Others; Energised to work hard, smart and analytical thinking
    - Good interpersonal skill and flexible person with open minded
