Customer Relations & Account ManagementMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.Handle inquiries, provide project updates, and explain prototype status.Coordinate with internal departments (sales admin, production, engineering, warehouse) to support customers.4. Technical & Commercial SupportWork closely with technical and production teams to understand and address customer requirements.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals aligned with engineering recommendations.5. Internal CoordinationManage delivery schedules and coordinate with factories (technical and production teams).Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.6. Administrative & Reporting DutiesPrepare monthly sales reports.Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction.Manage excess inventory (finished goods and raw materials) and coordinate with customers.Monitor payment status and work with the finance team on outstanding receivables.
