    Key Responsibilities

    - Plan and manage international purchasing activities in line with company objectives.
    - Identify, select, and evaluate potential overseas suppliers.
    - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements to achieve the best value for the company.
    - Coordinate with logistics, customs, and shipping teams to ensure timely and compliant import processes.
    - Monitor purchasing costs and prepare reports to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, International Business, or a related field.
    - Proven experience in oversea purchasing, with management-level experience.
    - Have knowledge and experience of import/export documentation and customs procedures, including Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, and various Forms.
    - Good command of English (spoken and written).
    - Proficient in purchasing/procurement systems and software.
