  [Job Summary]
  As Chief ISO Officer, you will lead the planning, implementation, and auditing of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems. You will also supervise quality assurance for construction projects, with the aim of achieving zero-defect handovers. You will establish and maintain management system documentation to ensure compliance with international standards, and plan and monitor quality control for construction projects. Your role will include planning and conducting internal audits, coordinating with external certification bodies, and overseeing corrective and preventive actions. You will analyze quality data to prevent recurring issues, recommend system improvements to top management, and provide training to promote awareness of management system requirements and construction quality standards.
  
  [Responsibilities]
  - Lead the implementation and auditing of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems; supervise project quality assurance at construction sites; and manage the QC team to support zero-defect handovers.
  - Serve as the QA/QC representative for construction projects and as the management representative.
  - Establish, implement, and maintain management system documentation to ensure compliance with international standards.
  - Plan and monitor quality assurance for construction projects.
  - Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate with external certification bodies, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  - Supervise the maintenance and verification of measuring instruments and equipment.
  - Collect and analyze quality data to prevent recurring problems and recommend system improvements to top management.
  - Promote awareness and provide staff training on management system requirements and construction quality standards.
