• Job Description

  Mechanical Design Engineering
  - Develop and design customized machines and systems to create technologically sophisticated solutions for international customers.
  - Manage mechanical design projects from initial concept through the preparation of manufacturing technical documents.
  - Collaborate with the sales, product management, purchasing, and production departments throughout project execution.
  - Provide technical support for manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning; answer related technical questions; and oversee the implementation of designed solutions.
  
  Team Leadership
  - Lead the engineering design team, support team training, coaching, and development, and manage team performance.
  - Recruit team members and provide onboarding and on-the-job training.
  - Build a dynamic, autonomous, performance-driven, and collaborative team.
  - Work closely with the project manager on workforce and resource capacity planning.
  - Allocate resources efficiently to support ongoing customer and product development projects.
  - Ensure project work meets global standards, engineering requirements, quality and cost requirements, and project timelines.
  - Summarize and report team project activities and progress to the project manager and stakeholders.
