  【Business Overview】
  Business Type: Sales office for electronic components
  Role in Thailand: Sales and technical support for MLCCs, inductors, and noise suppression components across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
  Key Industries: Automotive electronics (70%), data centers/telecom infrastructure, smart appliances, and industrial equipment.
  
  Responsibilities
  - Issue purchase orders (POs) for electronic components and coordinate order details with suppliers.
  - Plan and coordinate purchasing schedules in collaboration with factory planners.
  - Monitor inventory levels and implement appropriate measures to minimize aging stock.
  - Prepare and maintain just-in-time (JIT) reports to support inventory planning and operational efficiency.
  - Monitor incoming shipments from factories and follow up on delivery schedules.
  - Coordinate the handling of damaged goods, product returns, and related stock-taking activities.
  - Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse personnel regarding incoming shipments and inventory management.
  - Coordinate with 3PL agents and customs representatives on import-related matters, including reimbursable import duties.
  - Maintain accurate procurement, shipment, and inventory records.
  - Support management in ISO-related activities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives as required.
  - Perform other procurement, inventory control, and administrative duties as assigned.
