• Job Description

  • Support new model development and introduction, including production preparation, process planning, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Create, develop, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for motorcycle models and related products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with engineering specifications.
  • Prepare, develop, and update Work Instructions (WI), standard operating procedures, and other manufacturing documentation to ensure standardized production processes.
  • Develop and review BOM structures, component specifications, material codes, and required quantities to ensure completeness and accuracy before production implementation.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth new model launches and production readiness.
  • Analyze product structures, assembly processes, and production requirements to identify potential issues and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
  • Manage BOM revisions, Work Instruction updates, and engineering changes in accordance with new product introductions and design modifications.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to BOM, work instructions, materials, and manufacturing processes that may affect production efficiency or product quality.
  • Support trial production, process validation, and preparation activities for new models to ensure compliance with engineering and production requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Ensure engineering documents, BOM data, and work instructions are properly controlled, maintained, and updated in accordance with company standards.
