• Job Description

  • Responsible for quality control and production planning for New Model / New Product Launch projects.
  • Control and monitor the CNC Machining production processes to ensure adherence to the production plan.
  • Set up and optimize machines to improve production efficiency.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot machine, production process, and quality issues.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce scrap/defects and enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve Quality Issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, and QC teams to ensure smooth mass production startups for new models as planned.
  • Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, and Process Flow documentation in compliance with customer requirements.
  • Review customer drawings and specifications, and compile quality documentation for approval.
  • Participate in project progress tracking meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze and resolve quality problems encountered during trial runs.
  • Monitor engineering changes (ECN / PCR) and ensure all related documentation is kept up to date.
  • Audit and monitor suppliers/subcontractors regarding material quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare executive and customer-facing project summary reports (Project Report / PPAP Summary).
