• Job Description

  - Lead production technology initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, improve line efficiency, and reduce cycle times in welding and assembly operations.
  - Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for facility equipment, industrial robots, and welding machinery to minimize downtime.
  - Troubleshoot, modify, and program PLCs and industrial robotic systems to maintain continuous and stable automated line operation.
  - Oversee the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of welding equipment, fixtures, and tooling to ensure output quality and operational safety.
  - Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve shop-floor technical issues and participate in technical meetings with clients.
