• Job Description

  - Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on demand and inventory levels.
  - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
  - Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Control, Engineering and Production teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment.
  - Monitor lead times, production bottlenecks and risks related to component shortages and scheduling conflicts.
  - Support production planning for multi-level BOMs and assembly processes.
  - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery and on-time planning.
  - Maintain accurate production data, planning records and documents in ERP or planning systems.
  - Communicate production plan changes and relevant priorities to concerned functions in a timely manner.
  - Support coordination of production capacity and material requirements to align with customer demand and inventory targets.
  - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
  - Identify potential planning issues and escalate risks or conflicts to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  - Perform other duties and responsibilities related to production planning as assigned by the supervisor.
