    - Manage HVAC / air-conditioning construction projects
    - Review HVAC system designs and construction plans
    - Manage construction schedules and project timelines

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least 5 years of construction management experience, including HVAC / air-conditioning construction management
    - At least 5 years of experience managing project schedules, construction quality, and safety
    - At least 5 years of experience coordinating with Subcontractors / subcontracting companies
    - At least 5 years of experience negotiating and coordinating with clients and General Contractors

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in Sanitary or Chiller systems is a plus
    - Ability and willingness to take on Budget / Cost Management responsibilities in the future
