Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC / Air Conditioning
    - Experience managing overall HVAC construction projects
    - Experience in Budget / Cost Management
    - Experience preparing quotations and managing project costs
    - Experience coordinating with General Contractors and Subcontractors
    - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC / Air Conditioning systems

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in Sanitary or Chiller systems is a plus
    - Experience managing teams and construction sites with approximately 50–100 staff/workers is a plus
