  【Job Summary】
  We are looking for an experienced General Manager/ Factory Manager to lead the Thailand manufacturing operation of a Japanese-affiliated manufacturing company.
  This senior leadership role will oversee factory operations, production, HR and labor management, budgeting, cost control, and overall local administration.
  The company is re-building a new factory in April 2027, and the successful candidate will lead the preparation and subsequent management of the new factory.
  As the current Thailand leader will focus more on sales and customer relationships, this position will take primary responsibility for factory and operational management, while working closely with the local management team and Japanese headquarters.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Develop and implement the business strategy, policies, and annual budget in line with Japanese headquarters’ direction.
  - Oversee all key functions, including Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR & Labor, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety.
  - Lead the new factory launch, including production setup, workforce planning, and overall operational management.
  - Manage and develop local management teams to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
  - Regularly report business performance and key issues to Japanese headquarters and senior management.
  - Ensure the Thailand operation achieves its business, operational, quality, and safety targets.
