    Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Heavy Cargo / Project Logistics.
    • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions, including transportation, lifting, loading/unloading, and related services.
    • Source and coordinate with logistics subcontractors and heavy cargo service providers to support operations.
    • Negotiate service rates and coordinate quotations and proposals with customers and subcontractors.
    • Manage and coordinate end-to-end heavy cargo operations to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient service delivery.
    • Monitor operations and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
    • At least 3 years of direct experience in Logistics Sales, Business Development, or Operations, particularly in Heavy Cargo / Project Logistics
    • Good knowledge of heavy cargo transportation and handling processes
    • Business-level English


    Advantages:
