Job Description
- Analyze target customer needs and formulate strategic sales plans.
- Manage the Trading Sales Team to achieve targets and KPIs aligned with company direction.
- Develop team product knowledge, sales skills, and negotiation capabilities.
- Enhance team competency in product presentation/delivery and customer needs analysis.
- Identify new sales channels and strategies for customer acquisition while creating retention strategies to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze competitors' sales tactics, market trends, promotions, and consumer behavior to maximize sales opportunities and improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent or Higher Vocational Diploma (High Dip / HVC).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in automotive bussiness. (Experience in automotive parts, tire shops, service centers, or automotive tools will be specially considered).
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record in management and team supervision.
- Creative, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, highly patient, and thrives under pressure, Service-minded with good personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.English Level
