    - Managing quality KPIs and reprehensive of quality department
    - Manage customer complaints and ensure timely containment / corrective action and Improvement of customer claims and warranty ,
    - Customer score card management
    - Follow up customer audit and IATF 16949
    - Operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
    - 10 years in automotive/industrial manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in quality leadership (Automotive OEM/Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience and relevant
    auditor/quality certifications. )
    - Have knowledge of IATF 16949 , ISO 9001, and automotive customer >specific requirements (CSR) .
    - Have knowledge of core Quality Tools ; Six-Sigma, Problem solving 8D, Core tool (MSA SPC PFMEA CP, APQP), GD&T, PPAP, DFMEA, IMDS, FR, QC 7 Tool, 3leg5why
    - Business skill in English
