• Job Description

  - Responsible for all day-to-day operations of all boutiques, including but not limited to manpower planning and control, in-store visual and display control and maintenance, housekeeping standards, and other day-to-day operational issues.
  - Responsible for ensuring smooth operational procedures and strict adherence to operations SOP by all boutiques.
  - Manage and process watch orders with all brands.
  - Manage and process accessories and visual merchandising orders with all brands except one specific brand.
  - Ensure coordination among operations, marketing team, and front-line staff to align with brand guidelines and SOP.
  - Ensure all boutiques are sufficiently staffed and that duty schedules are planned properly and executed according to requirements.
  - Prepare memos by management instruction and send them out to shops.
  - Monitor sales targets and commission schemes.
  - Coordinate mystery shopper activities.
  - Staff development and training.
  - SOP monitoring.
  - Security.
  - Shop renovation.
  - Monitor customer repair service.
  - Any other operational and sales-related duties as and when assigned.
