  - Plan sales and strategies plan (include business plan).
  - Established sales target yearly, build and implement solution in order to meet the expected sales and profit.
  - Do marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand in our export markets.
  - Define sales strategies and formulate plan to support sales efforts.
  - Locating and developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationship.
  - Excellent sales forecasting, prospecting, qualification, presentation and selling skill.
  - A Team player attitude, customer service oriented with strong work ethic and hunter attitude.
  - Ensure the meeting of sale budget and the generation of revenue, closing sales in a professional and effective manner.
  - Maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitor activities.
  - Participate in marketing events such as trade show and etc.
