Job Description
• Develop sales strategies and annual sales promotion plans, and execute promotional activities to support the sales team and business partners in the Traditional Trade (TT) channel
• Analyze profit and loss (P&L) performance and product listings within the Traditional Trade (TT) channel
• Collect and analyze market data, including sales performance, product distribution, pricing, and promotional activities of competing products
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and POP (Point-of-Purchase) material suppliers, to ensure promotional materials are delivered according to objectives and timelines
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Sales Promotion Plan and gather feedback
• Evaluate sales promotion activities and recommend improvements to enhance performance for the sales team and business partners within the assigned area
• Update work progress in real time and prepare data and reports for monthly meetings
• Supervise and manage the Key Account Officer team for the Traditional Trade (TT) channel
• Prepare and manage sales budgets and related budget reports
• Prepare reports as assigned by management
• Create professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations for meetings and business presentations
Qualifications
Requirement
A Must:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Advertising, or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and handling day-to-day operational issues effectively
• At least 5 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Manager and/or Key Account Manager
• Strong experience working in the Traditional Trade (TT) channel
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong ability to follow up on tasks and deliver work within deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and report preparation
• Highly motivated, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and buyers
• Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a forward-looking business mindset
Advantage:
• Experience in the FMCG industry and/or online sales channels will be an advantageEnglish Level
