  • Job Description

    - Lead and manage the Letting & Resales Management team to achieve leasing targets and ensure high-quality customer service.
    - Develop and implement leasing and resale strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income and property sales performance across the company's property portfolio.
    - Oversee the entire leasing and resale process, including property listings, tenant inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, lease preparation, and contract execution.
    - Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
    - Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
    - Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve productivity, customer service standards, and professional growth.
    - Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complex leasing and resale issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
    - Minimum 8 years of experience in property leasing, real estate, or letting management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    - Strong knowledge of the residential property market and leasing regulations.
    - Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    - Good command of English, both written and spoken.
