• Job Description

  - Operations Management: Oversee and control day-to-day packaging processes and warehouse operations (inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch) to ensure maximum efficiency.
  
  - Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate packaging and warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  
  - Production & Inventory Control: Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure packaging materials and finished goods are managed efficiently, minimizing waste and stock discrepancies.
  
  - Quality & Safety Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and company safety regulations within the packaging line and warehouse environment.
  
  - Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the packaging or logistics workflow and implement Kaizen or continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  - Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational reports (inventory accuracy, packaging efficiency, labor utilization) to senior management.
