  • Job Description

    【Job Responsibility】
    - Oversee the end-to-end import process as the importer of record.
    - Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HS codes, duties, and import requirements (TISI, FDA, DIT, Excise Department, etc.).
    - Manage shipping and customs documentation and approve customs declarations.
    - Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
    - Monitor import licenses and permits to ensure ongoing compliance.
    - Calculate logistics costs and landed costs for imported products.
    - Support TISI certification and licensing procedures.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - 5+ years of import/export experience, preferably with a strong focus on imports.
    - Hands-on experience dealing with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customs authorities.
    - Good knowledge of customs regulations, duties, taxes, and import compliance.
    - Bachelor's degree or above.
    - Business-level English.
