  • Job Description

    - Control and operate CNC grinding machines.
    - Perform surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and tool grinding based on engineering blueprints.
    - Set up machines, tools, and workpieces for production processes.
    - Inspect finished workpieces to ensure compliance with accuracy and quality standards.
    - Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
    - Strictly adhere to the company's safety regulations and production requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in metal surface grinding.
    - Experience in turning and grinding large workpieces (such as Rollers, Capstans, etc.).
    - Ability to use electric grinding machines and basic hand tools.

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in turning/machining thermal spray-coated workpieces is highly preferred.
    - Japanese Speaker
