• Job Description

  - Implement company policies and objectives to ensure effective operations and continuous improvement.
  - Maintain and improve quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  - Control production processes and ensure product quality meets customer requirements for key automotive customers and Tier 1 customers.
  - Ensure production readiness and support smooth manufacturing operations.
  - Analyze product defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments regarding quality-related issues.
  - Resolve quality problems and prevent the recurrence of product defects.
  - Promote employee awareness of customer requirements and quality standards.
  - Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions within the department.
  - Follow up on and evaluate operational performance within the department.
  - Report departmental performance and operational results to management on a regular basis.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and participate in company activities.
  - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and occupational health & safety requirements.
  - Conduct risk and opportunity assessments related to departmental activities.
  - Apply the Process Approach and ensure proper consideration of customer and interested-party requirements.
