Job Description:
- Oversee full spectrum of HRM functions including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance
- Develop and manage salary structure, compensation framework, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency
- Manage Performance Management system and KPI implementation
- Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and international labor standards relevant to export business
- Prepare HR documentation and support internal/external audits
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic reports to management
- Lead and develop HR team to achieve organizational goals
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- English: Business level or above (spoken and written)
- 10 years of experience as HR and 5 years of management
【Advantage】
- Experience in Japanese company
- Experience in IT or consulting companyEnglish Level
