Job Description
[Responsibilities]
- Lead the design and development of power and distribution transformers.
- Review technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Manage engineering projects from concept through production.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and customer specifications.
- Drive product improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
Must:
- 5+ years' experience in power transformer design and development.
- Experience performing transformer design calculations and applying transformer design principles.
- Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Available to work two Saturdays per month.English Level
